He oversees M&A, Joint Ventures, partnerships, budgeting, and forecasting to guide revenue, margin, and cash flow, ensuring fiscal health and alignment with long term growth objectives.

With more than 30 years of experience in the federal contracting landscape, Saket brings a proven track record of leading transformative initiatives and building high-performing teams. His leadership ensures that all programs are executed with discipline, agility, and a focus on measurable results—enabling mission success.

Saket is known for aligning delivery with business development and long-range strategy. He works closely with internal stakeholders to integrate operational performance with growth priorities, ensuring that The One 23 Group remains a trusted and reliable partner to its federal clients.

Before joining The One 23 Group, Saket held senior executive roles at Lockheed Martin, CACI, and Wyle, where he managed portfolios exceeding $75M annually. In these roles, he oversaw large-scale initiatives in health IT, defense logistics, scientific research, and regulatory services—helping agencies modernize infrastructure, adopt emerging technologies, and strengthen mission delivery.

Saket holds an MBA in Finance from American University and a BS in Accounting from Penn State. He is recognized across the GovCon industry for his strategic foresight, operational discipline, and ability to lead enterprise delivery across complex and high-stakes environments.
