He works closely with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities, develop long-term partnerships, and expand the company’s portfolio of services. Caesar also serves as a General Operating Partner in the Government Services sector for Willow Creek Partners, a northern Virginia private equity firm. He brings over 30 years of experience in the defense, government services, and technology industries.
Prior to joining The One 23 Group and Willow Creek Partners, Caesar served as the Executive Vice President and President of Divergent Solutions at Jacobs responsible for a $2B line of business focused on operationalizing next-generation cloud, cyber, data, and digital solutions supported by over 4,000 team members across the globe.
Caesar led value-creating capital deployments of $1.5B that included government service company acquisitions and emerging technology start-ups. He has also held successful executive roles at SAIC/Engility, Unisys, Dell Technologies, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Caesar also proudly served in the United States Air Force.
